Sketch webcam filter
A live graphite-style portrait
Sketch turns the camera image into paper-like shading with graphite contours. It brings out features such as the nose, lips and hairline, without a grid across the portrait. The camera view remains live as you change your pose.
Start with even lighting
Start the camera and face a soft light source. Avoid a bright window directly behind you; strong backlighting can hide facial detail before any filter is applied. A simple background makes portrait lines easier to distinguish.
Adjust the drawing strength
Sketch starts at full strength. Reduce Strength to blend more of the original camera image into the drawing. Zero shows the clean camera. Use Camera settings to adjust brightness when the source image is too dark or too bright.
Keep a sketch photo or a four-shot strip
Press the shutter for a single drawing, or select Photo strip to capture four poses. Download the result from Your moments. The exported image contains the effect, rather than the controls and text around the preview.
Compare other art filters
Watercolor uses blended pigment-like color and softer painted edges. Comic Book adds bold colors and ink contours. Riso Portrait uses two offset inks and printed dots. Find these under Art in the illustrated library to choose the look you prefer.
